The Play Pod

Now we have a "Play Pod" it feels just like we have a brand new playground!

The pod opens at lunchtime and all the 'scrap' materials come out; the children can play with it in anyway they want. For the last 3 days children from Year 1 to Year 6 have been playing happily in the same playground at the same time.

Staff have noticed children playing in new friendship groups, collaborating together to build and imagine. The playground sounds different and children are telling us how much fun they are having. These photos say it all...
